Seismique in Houston
Seismique is a new attraction in Houston. The space was once a Bed, Bath & Beyond store, but the creative minds behind the attraction transformed it into a place where the public can interact with art and explore new technology. This interactive museum features 30 rooms filled with light, sound, and motion. It is home to nine million LEDs and the hands of 50 artists. The interactive museum includes 40 artist works, including an Alien Grass installation and a psychedelic wormhole. Visitors can also explore the Acid Rain room, and experience a 70-foot spaceship lit up with millions of LED lights. Tickets for Seismique can be purchased online or at the front desk. The general admission price is $35 for adults and $28 for children. The VIP experience is more expensive, but includes a priority entrance that allows you to skip the line and go in whenever you want. The museum is open daily, except Tuesdays, from noon to 11pm. The price of admission for adults is $35, while a VIP experience ticket costs $45 for adults and $38 for kids. To make the most of your experience, arrive at least 15 minutes before your time slot. Also, wear comfortable shoes and bring a hat and sunscreen.
The space uses computer vision and a vast array of infinity mirrors to create a dazzling light show. It also features an interactive sound track.
